We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process for all our customers.


This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which users may request cancellations or refunds for our digital services and physical products.

1. Overview


Buziz provides both digital SaaS services (vCard creation and hosting) and physical NFC cards (custom-printed cards linked to your Buziz profile).

Because our products are a combination of digital and personalized services, certain purchases may not be eligible for a full refund.


Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility


A. Digital Services (vCard and Subscription Plans)


Refunds for digital services (like premium plans, custom domains, or add-ons) are only available under the following conditions:


You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days of your report.


You cancel within 3 days of purchase and have not yet used any premium features or linked domains.



Non-refundable cases include:


Change of mind or dissatisfaction without technical cause.


Failure to cancel before renewal of a subscription.


User error, misuse, or incorrect configuration of features.



B. Physical NFC Cards


Refunds for NFC cards are available only before printing or shipping begins.

Once an NFC card has been customized, printed, or shipped, refunds are not possible due to personalization.


However, we will provide a replacement or reprint at no additional cost if:


You receive a defective or damaged card, or


We printed the wrong design or linked the wrong profile due to our error.



C. Promotional Offers and Discounts


Items or subscriptions purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount period are non-refundable, unless legally required.

3. Cancellations


A. Subscription Cancellation


You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting buziztech@gmail.com.


Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.


After cancellation, your premium features remain active until the next renewal date.


No prorated refunds are given for unused subscription days.



B. Order Cancellation (NFC Cards)


Orders for NFC cards can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order — provided production has not started.

Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the request.



3. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with approval or clarification.



4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:


Check with your bank or payment provider.
