This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through the Buziz platform. As a multi-vendor marketplace, Buziz connects customers with independent sellers. Refunds may therefore be subject to both this policy and the individual vendor’s return policy.

By making a purchase on Buziz, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective

The product received is different from what was ordered

The product is missing parts or accessories

The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe

The vendor fails to fulfill the order

 

Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible return period stated by the vendor or within 7 days after delivery if no period is specified.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for refunds, including:

Digital products after download or activation

Personalized or custom-made items

Perishable goods

Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Items damaged due to misuse by the customer

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Log into your Buziz account

 

2. Go to My Orders

 

3. Select the order you want to return

 

4. Click Request Refund

 

5. Provide the reason and supporting evidence (photos or videos if required)

 

Once submitted, the vendor will review the request.

4. Refund Approval

After reviewing the request:

The vendor may approve the refund

The vendor may request the product to be returned

The vendor may reject the request if it does not meet the refund conditions

 

If there is a dispute between the customer and vendor, Buziz may step in to help resolve the issue.

5. Return Shipping

Depending on the situation:

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the vendor may cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Returned items must be:

In their original packaging

Unused (unless defective)

Returned with all accessories and documentation

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled if:

The order has not yet been shipped

The vendor agrees to the cancellation

 

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process must be followed.

Buziz operates as a marketplace connecting vendors and customers. While we help facilitate transactions and resolve disputes, the responsibility for product quality, fulfillment, and returns lies with the individual vendors.

9. Fraud Prevention

Buziz reserves the right to refuse refunds if:

Refund requests are found to be fraudulent

Customers abuse the refund system

Evidence does not support the claim
